🏆 Tournament Registration Policy

Spots are limited — secure your entry early!

When you register, a $15 portion of your entry is NON-REFUNDABLE immediately upon checkout.
This $15 deposit is kept regardless of cancellation for any reason.

The remaining balance of your entry fee is refundable until January 16th.

Once the online auction begins on January 17th, ALL ENTRIES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason — including, but not limited to:

  • Schedule conflicts, No-shows, Disqualifications, Personal emergencies, Incorrect registration details

Players are responsible for entering their correct:

  • Fargo name, Fargo rating, Phone number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in disqualification without refund.

By completing registration, you agree to all tournament rules and refund policies.
